my friends tell me that I don't need to excercise or do a diet coz I'm not fat anyway.. that's what they saw from the outside.. but beneath my clothes I'm so conscious of my saddle bags.. I've been searching and trying some ways on how to get rid of cellulite, and I've been watching too many tyra shows hoping she would mention the cure coz I know she would.. she bravely admitted on air that she's battling cellulites from her retired supermodel butt.lol anyway, I've already tried some firming and anti-cellulite creams but I don't see any progress.. when I go for a diet and excercise a lot, I got slimmer instantly but no effect on my behind.. so maybe some of you may have tips on how to get rid of cellulites especially on the butt part.. so what excercise or tried-and-tested creams can u guys suggest? if it sounds easy, affordable and effective to me, can't wait to try it and I'll just inform you if there's progress.. hope I'm getting some advice from this... please!

I am in a situation very much similar to yours. I looked for reviews of cellulite creams and bought the ones that some out best but I see very little difference when I use them myself.
It is important to tone the muscle as well as burn off fat. If you have more muscle on your legs this will make them appear smoother and therefore smooth out the dimples. Try doing some squats and lunges.
Something else you can dry is dry body brushing. Do this before you shower on a morning and then at night to remove toxins from the skin. Start at the feet and use long, sweeping strokes up your legs and arms. Us ecircular movemts on the stomach.
Massage is another thing which is said to be good for cellulite. In fact there is some confusion as to whether some the cellulite creams work or if it is the act of massaging the cream that has the effect. There is not harm in trying both but if you have just a little bit of cellulite you could try simply massaging a body cream into your skin. When you dry body brush and massage do not worry if your skin goes red as this means it is working.
When in the shower massage a body scrub into your skin about 3-4 times a week to smoothe and tone. Again the act of massaging will help the cellulite.
Fake tan helps to reducce the appearance of cellulite.
Obviously it is important to eat healthy. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and cut down on saturated fat, sugar, salt and a caffeine.
Make sure you drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
Your cellulite may never completley go away but by follwoing these steps you should at least see a reduction in the apperance.

When you use the srubs make sure you massage it in rather than just rubbing on the skin and rinsing it off because massage is said to be good for cellulite reduction so if you massage in the body scrub and then your cellulite cream and body lotion you will be massaging your skin a lot.

I'm sorry to say, there is nothing that can get rid of cellulite. There is no miracel cream/lotion/pill/surgery/exercise that will get rid of it. At least not yet. There are some firming exercises one can do to slow down the progression, but that's about it.
