Endless sound coming to my speakers

I am really annoyed of this sound. It is an endless sound that I hear even there's no music file being played. It changes its tone whenever I maximize or minimize windows and it usually appears when the volume gets too high. Even I turn the volume max before, this problem doesn't seem exists. Help. By the way, my sound card in my PC is integrated.
