| Will you dismiss a case because of money constraints?  | | | |  This happened to one of my friends, let's say you had sued a person because of libel or malicious intent. Then during the process, something happened that you had to spent money on and the cost of attorney's fees are burning a hole in your pocket. Would you give up on the case and accept a monetary settlement instead? or pursue the case , no matter what, because of the moral damage it has caused your person? ( inappropriate labels given to you by offending party -like sl_t, etc).

| |  some people are like that but im it was me if i need reconciliation i dont get the money... or they are thinking sued so you will get money from them and it is not because they ruin your dignity.

| |  Personally, I think it would depend on the individual case, and whatever the attorney advised me would be best. I'm personally one who does not really worry about names and labels that other people call me, my true friends know me well enough to know what is true and what is just people wanting to talk the talk.
