Do you know that there are high calorie fruits too?

Usually fruits are low in calories and high in fiber and antitoxin content. There are however fruits which are rich sources of calories, avocado is one of them. That is why 1/4 to 1/2 of avocado daily will do the trick. Avocado is good for the brain too. What you should remember is to burn excess calories taken in by eating through exercise. What you eat should equal the calories that you need. If you don't use all the calories, then they'll be stored in your body as fat or glycogen.

Actually Avocado is really super good for you. It isn't that high in calories and the fat/oil it has is good fat that burns off super easy.

LOL...I can't remember the last time I heard of someone looking for extra calories....The olympian's already know what it takes for them...but if I hear of someone I will pass this info on.
