Does anyone here know the cut off time for determining a day's earnings for us? Please share. Also, if you want to be in today's top discussion list, what is the cut off time? How many times your discussion got a place there?

I think only the myLot admin can answer that. And I don't know if they would tell it to you. mstandeep may be right. I am from the philippines and I receive the myLot digest at about 8pm and the earnings are updated at about 10pm so the cut-off time maybe be 2 hours before the update time. About the top discussions, I think there is not cut-off time. As long as your discussions is 24 hours old and below, it has the chance to be in the top discussions. The top discussions are the most responded and most commented discussions. I am also thinking they are the most rated discussions. My discussions have been there at times, but it would only last an hour or two in the page one. However, the discussions in the "hot" page stays in the first page longer. Have a nice day!

I think the easiest way to determine the cut off time is to check the time you recieve the mylot digest. I found that its the time when mylot calculates our earnings and any thing after that will be counted for tomorrows earnings. This will be easy as i don't need to cauculate the US time as i am from India. Top discussions changes all the time. I have got one of my discussions in the mylot digest mail. It was about my payment which i got for the first time from mylot.

I agree with foxyfire, Top Discussions seem to change. Cut off time for earning is Midnight or 1am EST. I know someone on here had figured it out at one point and posted a discussion months ago.

MyLot uses US Central time so the cut off for the day is midnight their time. I think the top discussions change throughout the day so there is no cut off time. They are just based on what seems to be the most popular at the time. I've had discussions listed there before, probably more times than I know of since I don't often check that page.
