Another of my health tips

Health is wealth we have heard it several times but I wonder how many of us actually practice safe health. You may really never know how important your health is until you are knocked down by some kind of disease at a time in life, no matter how simple the disease seems .This is why I bring to us again some tips on how we can stay healthy without having to spend so much. a. To keep gout away it is advised that you take a table spoon of apple-cider vinegar every morning; this is cheaper when you consider having to visit the doctor. b. Tuna packaged in oil has more than six times as much fat than tuna packed in water .this is actually good news for you who is battling with excess fat in the body. c. Chocolaty good news .for those of us who love chocolate just like I do here, research has discovered that chocolate help relax blood vessels and improve blood flow, dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids, a type of antioxidant believed to fight against ageing and disease, just make sure that you eat it in controlled quantities as it is also known to contain high levels of fat and calories. d. Get those dirty hands cleaned out. Research has discovered that 80% of infectious diseases are spread by Hand. They agree that the best way to stay healthy from such diseases as Flu, colds, stomach flu, and diarrhea especially after using the bathroom. to wash or sanitize your hands frequently .Rub them together vigorously with soap and water for at least 10 to 15 seconds and make sure you clean between fingers and under nails and rinse your hands with warm water and dry them completely with a clean towel. Use an alcohol based instant hand sanitizer and follows the label’s directions especially when soap and water are not available.

Thank you for sharing this information. Health is wealth adn without good health a person cannot work or enjoy their wealth. I practise good health regularly as I cannot afford to pay medical bills. I do eat lots of fruits and vegetables to maintain good health. I tried taking apple cider vinegar but it hurts my stomach so much so I have stopped taking it.

thanks for your response,now this is what i call practising safe health if you find yourself allergic to any thing go ahead and stop and find an alternative that will not have any negative effect on your health,that is the way it works and am happy you live a healthy life.
