hi better...the air max takes more brutal and repetitive impacts. it offers more of a cushion. the air zoom is thinner and closer to the ground, but yet provides a cushion.
To me nike as been the best because i have been a fan for many years and i use a lot of the products.But i still fill addidas is still a good product
