Healthy Banana Breakfast

Mash up a banana with a fork and spread it on some wholemeal. This is sweet and healthy. You can of course have it naytime of the day but is good for breakfast because it gives you energy for the day ahead. If you have a big banana you could mush half of it for your toast and eat the other half or put it in a milkshake.

You could also add raw cacao powder for a banana choc pudding or milkshake. raw chocolate is healthy!

Thanks for this wonderful recipie idea. Let me try it out. Infact, I am very fond of banana milkshakes and spreads.
