| |  there are lots of hair care that you can do on daily basis to keep your hair healty and get growing. But what you really need to do is to follow the exact procedure step by step to get the required results. the results wont come in a week or 2 , it will definetly take month or 2.

| | The method that i am going to suggest you is very simple but i would suggest you to take it very seriously as this will help u if you only do it for a month or 2.
1) apply almond oil twice a day
2) wash your hair twice a week with warm water, not hot water
3) dont use chemical based shampoos, use herbal or ayurvedic shampoos
4) trim your hair
5) dont use dryer.

| |  You should always use a conditioner on your hair after you've shampooed it. Make sure you use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner and always use a new brand every three months. Using the same shampoo and conditioner throughout will not be effective after some time.
Get an oil treatment done (head and scalp massage) once a month at a beauty salon/spa because this will prevent your hair from falling to a great extent. I've found that the best oil treatment is one done with vitamin E oil, olive oil or almond oil.
As for white hairs, get it snipped and apply ghee to the area in your scalp where the white hairs were forming. Leave the ghee on for 15 minutes and then wash your hair. This is a great treatment to contol white hairs.
