Read an article ... where woman who cosumed soya proteins in amounts more than in a serving of sayo bean curd or a glass of soya bean milk were 18% less likely to develop breast cancer than those who eat less. But they also cautioned too much soya may lead to conditions such as gout. Research conducted by National University of Singapore, University of Southen California & University of Minnesota

Its also said to be good for menapause. My sister doesn't take any hormones but she has a lot of soy in her diet. Unfortunately for me, soy products can also release MSG which isn't good for those prone to migraines like myself. I do love endame though!

Great info. I've also read its good for menopause symptoms. Its a great source of protein - but for me I have to avoid them as they are a migraine trigger.

This is good news to everybody who loves soya in their
food intake. And for those who don't know about the
health benefits of soya, now is the time to take notice
and take action by including soya in our food consumption
everyday.
