Do people in their cars yell at you when you walk around town?

Ok, lately when I walk to the mall, a friend's house, a store, etc. wherever it is that I'm going, on some days, a lot of people will yell at me from their car. On other days, I'll be able to walk for a long time without anyone yelling at me from their car. It seems like a lot of people will yell at me from their car when I feel like it would annoy me. Other times I feel like I wouldn't care if someone yelled at me from their car, because it's kind of weird to do in the first place, and no one will. Strange world, it seems like people get kicks out of yelling at people from their car. It annoys the **** out of me sometimes and it seriously seems like more people do it when I feel annoyed by it. Does this happen to anyone else? Do people yell at you from their car a lot of the time? Does it seem like it happens to you more when you start to get in a bad mood because of it, lol?
