Do you schedule for a constant check-up or you just go to a dentist if needed?

We were used to just going to the dentist if we need her. We don't usually go there every 6 mos or 3 mos just for constant check-up. How about you? Do you have a constant check-up schedule with your trusted family dentist?

Unfortunately, I don't go to dentist. Laughs! I'm not fond of eating junk foods and sweets and I drink milk whenever it's available. Thank God I have a healthy teeth.

Are you also still very young? If you brush and floss then you will be fine.

I only go if needed. And I don't really trust my dentist. Like all other health professionals, they'd have you there all the time for the insurance, if they could. I go when I need to..they can get their insurance cashe elsewhere.

I only go as needed! I can get a check up and cleaning once a year if I have no cavities! I did get some work done a few times and now take better care of my teeth! Root canal hurts a lot so I do not want that done again.

Hi, I go every 6 months as a check-up and for them to clean my teeth. I'm 50 years young and the last few years the dentist has said I have some gingivitis and if I don't go that often then my teeth get to hurt so I have to anyway. I figure just go every 6 months and get it done. Luckily my insurance pays for the cleaning and checkup every 6 months so I guess I can't think of a reason NOT to go, except that I really don't like it. lol Happy MyLotting, Char
