You can't spam me no more!

Not only am I going through mylot on a rampage but I'm also going through my inbox or rather my spam folder and un subscribing to all the spam. Luckily, there's not so much spam, but this is only one of my email addresses. So has anyone else done this? I know i've had several accounts of emails deleted because of a lot of email, then again they weren't important.. so to make this into a discussion "Is anyone else going to be going through their email now that i've mentioned it?"

Yes I am going through my spam folder and agree that it is good measure to go through it even though most of the time filters are automatically set and if not is an option when you first sign up for an email. I appreciate the response.

Each day I check my yahoo and AOL emails and I weed out all the spam messages and delete them,even though there is not usually a lot of spam,even though earlier my AOL was full of like over forty spam messages in my inbox,and like thirty something spam messages in my spam folder,and I am not sure why all of a sudden all the spam got into my inbox,and where they all came from,since I check my emails each and everyday, but I do not blame you for going on a spam unsubscribing spree,I love you.

No I don't try to unsubscripe. The reason being unless it's a list I signed up for, there's a good chance I'm only validating someone's spam list as having an active email address.
I've noticed since I've stopped trying to get off these spam lists I've had fewer spam mails then when I was activly trying!
