Well, from my life experience, Blood pressure is mostly from genetics. If your family have blood pressure history, then its very difficult to avoid this. Im experiencing blood pressure from my age 20. And i did lot of tests recommended by doctors. But the doctors found nothing, and came to conclusion that its genetics, and i cant help it. :S
Its really painful to have blood pressure. To avoid it, from my point of view, follow these:
a) Never get excited
b) Have healthy foods
c) Avoid oily or fried foods
d) Work hard
THanks

Yes, it's genetics. My husband has been having problems with his for the past few years ans he's only 30. His grandmother has had it since her twenties and is now on dialysis. His mom and younger sister also have it. His biggest triggers are get too hot and tired from working in the heat. We have alot more problems with it in the summer and when he works more over-time.
the doctors have never found anything on him either. It's so sparatic and the way he works he can't just drop everything and go to prove to the doctor it's high.
We don't use grease, limit salt, and started using more garlic. It helps.

I agree high blood pressure is genetics and if say your parents have it,then there is a good chance you will have it,my moms side of the family has high blood pressure and I also have high blood pressure, and right now I have to take medicine to keep it from getting to high, and I agree having high blood pressure is never good, and yeah stress does not help high blood pressure and it is best to avoid stressful situations, and it is always a good idea to watch what you eat.
