Anxiety... Its Natural. How to avoid it?

I feel anxiety in certain cercumstances, like if im asked to give a speech in front of class or any public place. I don't have control on myself, anxiety comes naturally. I wanna know how to avoid it? Do you know any special techniques? Thanks

I use to manage anxiety, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle anxiety.

hi there, i think no one can avoid anxiety, in psychology, it is said that people need a little bit of anxiety everyday in order for us to perform our jobs well. i think in your case, what you need is more of self-esteem and self-confidence, you may feel anxious but you have to tell yourself that you can do it! you shoudl feel great about who you are and believe in what you can do :-)
