appraisal or performance , Alphatecially A - Appraisal stands before P Performan

Apprisal and Performance are two sides of a coin , but the toss is the result. alphatically A Stands before P, is it happening for employees also and so why

i think both come hand in hand. after performance comes the appraisal. but i have not heard it appraisal before performance.

i am saying about appraisal which ignores your peformance so i mentioend as A before P

I never heard about appraisal happening before performance. I have never seen such lucky guys. Performance is the benchmark for a good appraisal. But some times a good performance is not counted or missed for the appraisal, because of many reasons.

If I know I am being appraised, I will perform accordingly. Getting fired is a good fear to have, so come to work on time, and make your best effort.
