Have you completed your will?

I have given verbal instructions of what I want, but I need to have it done soon just in case. This is something I know show not be taken for granted. Doing it now could save a lot of confusion and other drama families encounter when one isn't prepared. You'd be surprised how many don't have a will.

Hi Reena. Our own deaths is something we often don't want to entertain. However, we do it when someone we know passes, or we hear of someone we consider so young or in our age bracket. Yet, so many put it off all the same.

I have made my will but the trouble is i keep wanting to change it, I had someone I had in my will pass away so I changed it, then I had an argument with one of my executives so i had to change it again, i have now done a home kit will but i am not sure that is really good enough, so i will have to go and have another proper one done I think...

I know of an individual who passed unexpectedly and when his brother arrived in town, he said they were to meet the following week-end to take a particular family member off his will. He never changed it. She did the right thing anyway. Don't know what made him think she wouldn't. I am without an excuse. I have pre-paid legal and just too lazy after work to go back out or get up in time on my day off. Especially on rainy mornings/afternoons such as today. Appreciate your reply.

Yes, the importance of a will especially in large families is often put aside leading to a lot of family disputes. I've not completed mine as yet. Keep telling my dad that it is very important for him to do so.

Hello Alokn. You are correct when you state will would avoids disputes. Which of course is a sad and bad time to even go there. However, this is the time some families encounter their biggest feuds.
