All out war or Peace talked????????

Since when I was a kid I already heard the words Abusayaf and MILF or Morro Islamic Lebaration Front in differrent places in Mindanao,Philippines. Some said that they are belong to the terrorist group.They are involve in attacking,killing, bombing and other terrorist activities in Mindanao as well as in the Philippines. There are many times that Government open for Peacetalked with this groupbut until now it failed. I also remember that Former Pres.Estrada declared an all Out war against MILF we back year 2000 and it was a successful actions. Military ceased all the MILF camps including the biggest camp in Lanao which is the Camp Abubakar but when Pres. Macapagal became a president she gave back all those camps to the MILF and Peacetalked was opened again.Now here is the MILF again doing same terrorist activities in some places in Lanao,killing civilians,burning civilians houses,stealing their property. How many lives of civilians,soldiers,property and innocent children were put in danger again because of this group? Sometimes I think that Government and this group has a conspiracy.Maybe Political matters or business because sometimes War is business because of the commission they will get from the firearms and ammunitions.It involes millions.I pity those victims.
