If you have a Paypal account you can use their plugin to generate a secure virtual Mastercard each time you want to make a purchase online. You can use it anywhere online that accepts credit cards. The money is drawn from your Paypal balance. I just found out about this last night but apparently it's been around for over a year. I'm trying to determine if someone who does not have a credit card in the first place can use this, or if you have to have one for verification purposes. In my online business people need a credit card to sign up and a lot of times they want to but not having a credit card stops them. This might solve the problem.
