Is anyone on oDesk?

I have taken many tests and applied for many positions but, nothing yet. I would like to know if anyone has worked with anyone on there and if they have been paid. I have also put my schooling and work experience on there and my profile is complete. I finished in the top 10% for the oDesk test so, what's holding me back from getting accepted? Thanks Bunches! Kat
