White tea seems to be around a lot at the moment. I think it is the youngest tea - younger than green tea, the packets say dried and minimally processed?
Do you know anything about white tea?
Have you used white tea yet?
I'd also like to know how much processing goes on with it and if anyone know if it is only dehydrated (so it isn't heated about 40degC), and ok for a raw foodist to have?
Please resond if you know anything about white tea?
thanku
