Persian has added a new plugin

I got the news from Persian PTC that they have added a plugin which allow members to PM their downline. The new plugin is added into control panel and click on the Allow Upline Contact to activate the feature. Have you used the email or contact feature like this on PTC? Do you really contact your downline? What do you usually email them about?
