GUESS WHO has fries with the most preservatives...

Although I know which company/fast food chain serves synthetic fries (or the fries with the most preservative) is, I would like to get the point of view of others. The ABSTRACT of this research was, these 2 different set of fries were placed in a shelf for one whole week and was left there without refrigeration or any treatment that would prolong their life. After a week, one of them from a particular company, had mold and was soggy and oily... The other one was dry and was like rubber, no molds of such sort. When they microwaved it, fries A was no good, while fries B was sizzling hot and ready to be served. Which one had the most preservative? Can you guess what establishment serves such fries? If you're familiar with this research, what establishment conducted this study? I will post the answer to this on my next blog, and I hope to get your opinions about this.
