after reading a discussion in "sharing of knowledge", i can't resist not to share this to everyone and i believe i should do my share and impart to anyone out there. this is just a 2 minute video for heart attack awareness program. please do take 2 minutes out of your busy time and watch this superb presentation and please do share this to everyone you know.

yes very good advice, so many people p[ut their discomfort down to indigestion, it can be a hard thing to work out the difference, people should become more aware of these symptons,,,

you are absolutely right. and the sad part is, oftentimes they won't tell us about their discomfort and what they are experiencing coz they're afraid and don't want to bother us too. sad as it seems but it is happening in reality.
if we could just start spreading this so we could somehow defeat this silent killer.
