I am a Filipina and I am from the Philippines. I was born in Manila but was raised in Bulacan. Now I am currently living in Manila and I think it's a wonderful place to live in. There are so many opportunities here unlike in the provinces, so many nice places to go to such as amusement parks, malls and more. I love being in the Philippines because it's my home and it is reach in resources beach and people are hospitable. What's your country and what's nice about it?

A proud Pinay here, I was born and reared here in the Philippines, still living in the same city where I was born. I do love the Philippines because this is my country and whatever I do it is a part of me. I didn't dream of going to other countries to migrate or work there as I am contented here and I always thought that I can do something good for my country. Not all dreams come true, but I'm still here, living the life of a true-blooded Pinoy. I will be a hypocrite if I don't admit that once in a blue moon, I get tempted to live someplace else, somewhere without Gloria Arroyo, somewhere without all the political scams and corruptions, somewhere more livable. There are many opportunities available to other citizens than those of Philippine origin, I want my son to live a fuller life, in a more stable economy and in a different environment. But, what can I say, I so love the Philippines, I cry just thinking about leaving it. But that's just me

Many Filipinos think that too so they are migrating one by one. Only in the Philippines will you see a doctor studying to be a nurse or a caregiver, a engineer applying for a waiter or worker in Canada, a teacher applying as a domestic helper in Japan. Well there's more but it will take so much space so I rather stop. Life here in the Philippines has its ups and downs but I love it here. So I am proud to be here and to be a Filipino.

I come from England an my country has a fascinating history. It has old cottages, green fields and white cliffs. I like its towns and villages with historical architecture. It has many stunning looking old castles that are interesting to visit. Its capital city is London and it has such great sights like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. It has four seasons and summer is my favorite. It is a multi cultural society and it is is a good position for traveling overseas. I would love to visit the Philippines to do some island hopping, snorkeling and exploring the wildlife. The people seem so friendly and I think that I would love to hot climate. I adore the tropics.

Its real good to read that you are happy about your country. I am from Pakistan and I know many people think badly about my country. The main reason for that is my country did not have good leadership till to date. Every leader comes i.e. President, rules the country, takes loans from other foreign countries, fill his Switzerland's Bank Account and go away. There is no check and balance here. Now the good part. Pakistan has four provinces. The capital is Islamabad. I live Lahore which is capital of the biggest province called PUNJAB. Punjab is a land of five rivers coming from India and the rivers end up falling water in Arabian Sea. Pakistan has Iran, India, Russia, Afghanistan and China in its neighboring countries. China is the oldest friend of Pakistan and both have good relations. The Northern Areas of Pakistan are hill stations and very beautiful. Many tourists come here as the second highest mountain K-2 is also in Pakistan. Pakistan is rich is gas reservoirs as there are many well of gas in the mid of Pakistan. Pakistan has all four seasons and people here are very helping and full of hospitality. Other world may think Pakistan a terrorist nations but its wrong. Its Afghanistan where the terrorists are not in Pakistan.

I live in the US in a little town in Missouri. I love that we have hills and valleys filled with trees. Green in the spring and summer and yellow, red, brown, and green in the fall. I love the small town feel where almost everyone knows everyone. I love that nature is right outside our door, the wild animals like deer, rabbits, squirrels, skunks, and even our bats that fly around at night. Those are the things I love about where I live.

I think I would love having only summer and then just a rainy season. But then again it is because I have had the other seasons. I think we always long for the things we don't have, if we had it we would long for something else . The snow is so beautiful but so cold and I hate the cold. I would love to change places with you so that I could see the beauty of your home and the weather differences that you have compared to me. It is always nice to see new things but I have learned it is also nice to come home.

I have never seen a deer, a squirrel, skunks and bats in person. I only see them in television here. And we don't have any seasons like winter, spring and fall. All we have is summer and rainy season. I would love to see snow someday, play with it, on it. I would like to make a snowman or ice skate on the frozen lake. I would love to exchange places with you so that I could experience what you are experiencing and vice versa.

That is nice to hear from a fellow Filipino. One thing more that I like about Filipinos is that they are hard working and they give their heart in doing their jobs but there are some Filipinos who don't. And there are Filipinos that is so honest, like the ones who has seen a baggage full of money but returned it to its rightful owner. I would think twice really to do just that, maybe I will bring it back or I won't I really can't say (ashamed to myself but its true). It is hard but to those who did that, I salute you and I am proud to be a Filipino because of people who are like you.

I'm a malay from Malaysia. In fact I was born in Vietnam, but I just stayed there for five years, and I don't remember a lot about it. Malaysia is a developed country and a very beautiful country. I live at Terengganu, which located at east cost of Peninsular of Malaysia. Terengganu is known by it's beautiful beach and islands.
