Is it possible to add tags to a discussion without responding to it???

Hey guys.
I just started a discussion named Love and Friendship. I tagged it as love, friendship. But there is a new tag added to it as mature content. But there are no responses for that discussion. Is that possible????
Have you ever experienced it??? Does admin people do that??

Hi vidhya,I haven't experienced such things.may be it had some mature content in it.But why should it be not reponded.I dont know.
