Biden as VP. Will this address Obama's lack of foreign policy experience?

Well it is now official. Biden is now announced as Obama's running mate for VP if Obama is elected. Biden has extensive foreign policy experience. Will this satisfy all the people that have consistently pointed out Obama's lack of the same? Or does it really not change the fact that Obama's exposure to foreign dealings is limited?

Obama is the best man for the job, and Biden will definitely strengthen the ticket.

We shall see! I will be happy when this all comes to a conclusion as it has been many, many months now leading up to this. It will be very interesting to see who US citizens finally choose as their next President. Thanks for responding.
