Can someone tell me about Advercash. Is the site good?

I've just signed up for the PTC site named Advercash. It seems to be real but i have my reservations aginst it. Does it really pay? Has anyone received payment from this site? Its important for me to know. I don't want to waste time on another of those scams on the internet which promise a lot but deliver nothing.
