the best thing I could ever received from or given to my husband would be a quality time spent with each other. I guess, it will be more romantic and memorable if you take her out somewhere when you can have a private moment together. probably a walk by the beach during the sunset, a dinner out in a resto that serves her favorite food or a set of rings for you both with names engraved in them. my husband did that when we were still boyfriend and girlfriend and it was really so heartwarming. hope these help!
