PTC Sites

I have been trying to do some PTC sites. I feel that this is bogging my PC way down. It is taking even longer to navigate online. I have cleaned out all my temps files twice. I have defraged. I am not happy with the results. I am Done with the PTC sites.
Have you had the same trouble?
