I'll bet you already ate those chicken (white meat), but try this for next time.
I'm trying to remember this -
Make some white rice about three cups finished while the rice is cooking add some vegetables that you like in with it. Corn, zucchini, carrots, stringbeans, any of those or a mixture.
Spray the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking pan and spread the cooked rice over the bottom. In a sauce pan, place two cans of cream of chicken soup and a small container of sour cream, heat over med/low heat until smooth. Place the uncooked chicken or strips over the rice and then pour the sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
It's a complete meal. You can sprinkle some Monterey Jack cheese over the chicken for the last 5 - 10 minutes and leave the foil off. Yum.

Yesterday I cooked Chicken Parmasion. Take two chicken brea&ts after they are cooked chop then up and put then in tommoto sause or spigetti sause. After that add cheese. I added mozzerala chesse to mine and had it on bread. It is good without bread also.

Well you can cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it and put it into salad. Or even make a faita. I tired to make chicken alfreado but think I used the wrong sauce. You can also grill the chicken, then get some spaggitti sauce and motasrulla cheese, and bake it in the oven that is my favorite.
