When girls like to make jokes to you, what should you do?

JUst be honest to them but tell them in a most friendly way that you still need more time to learn more about your new job's responsibility. That you are still adjusting to your new work and you need their help..in such a way, instead wasting their time making jokes, they will extend their helping hands to you. I think you are a new starter at work. These things are always happening in all places. Just think when you were in colleges/school and wherever u go there will be people like this to divert your concentration. But its in our hand to think and take it forward. As they are colleagues near you, just smile at them and start telling come girls lets work together when ever they turn to you.

If you do so regularly then the girls will run away or they will change if you admired them

I think you should sleep with them all and take their nude pictures.Then blackmail them that you will show their pictures in the office if they are not serious in their work. LOL jus kidding. I dunno but these type of problems needs communication and discussion with the people involved. Good Luck.

I ensure that I am polite when talking to girls. One thing I usually do is to give in to what they expect me to react. So, I just laugh as if it really is funny. When I find the girl cute, I try to get to her temper by annoying her with counter jokes. It sometimes works!
