how could an employee work for a boss who didn't trust him?

i have a qurrelling with my mother.i am in my summer vacation.i backed to home.my parentes were busy in their work,nobady cook for them.so i took this job.i do grocery shopping and cook everyday.my mother turn her wallet to me.but she check it everyday.yesterday,my young brother took 30 yuan from the wallet,but i forgot to tell my mother.that night,she foung the missing of this 30 yuan.then she said is me took it.she said i took money from the wallet everyday.i having nothing to say.i felt grievance.i burst into tears.i just don't understand how could an employee work for a boss who didn't trust him at all.i am angry at my mother.i just want to share her burden.but why couldn't she trust me a little????????does she is my mother?????
