who wants to go to PUERTO GALERA?

When we had our vacation in the Philippines, my hubby & I once went to Puerto Galera. I completely forgot the name f the resort where we stayed,but its definitely not on the side where concert & beach parties where held. Its on the opposite side of that. All I recall is that, it is a owned by a Japanese businessman. The beach front was rather rocky than sandy. The rooms all through out the resort was made of materials that resembles a nipa hut. I would not say that it matches that of a 5 star beach resort. BUt generally, you get your money's worth. It is a good place to relax, enjoy the view,lavish yourself with the sun and take long peaceful walks as you watch the golden sunset. In the scale of 1-10, ten being the highest, I would probably give it an 8.

was there last month with friends my 5th time in the island the best weekend get away..

beach is 7 nothings beats bora,palawana and bohol for the white powdery sand beach

peaople-10 great people very friendly

bar nightlife- 10 i always enjoy the nightlife there especially my fave bar ever since the hiyas bar they really take good care of me there hi to jonah haha.

I would love to go to Puerto Galera because I love white sandy beaches with palm trees and great opportunities for exploring other nearby beaches. I adore snorkeling to see colorful coral and friendly fish. I have the Philippines near the top of my travel wish list. There I hope to fly into Cebu then go island hopping. I can't rate Puerto Galera yet but will after I take a trip there.

Hello alecz.. First of all, I just wanna say welcome to mylot. I know that you've been here for two weeks. But I just welcome you here anyway. And by the way, you are also from Calapan City too?? cause I am also living there. And even though Puerto Galera is just two hours away from our house, I have only been there once. I think that was when I was in elementary. And I was on my third year college now. I can still remember the resort where we go. It is in the White Beach. It have been having a great time there. Hopefully I will come back to Puerto again soon. But I am sure that I will go there on summer next year. happy posting..

I want to go there with my wife. I have been there already but my wife hasn't been there. She is really convincing me to visit the place as she has heard many good things bout the place. We will probably go there on holiday season.

i have never been to puerto galera. But i believe this beach would be a great tourist attraction for tourists all over the world. I want to go to puerto galera maybe early next year.

i never been into puerto galera but i've been into panglao island in bohol & in subic. it's a nice beach & the sand was so fine. i'm planning to go to puerto galera & boracay soon & i'm marking those places off of my list hehehe..
