ouch hurt my back

i was looking out the window as there were loads of police outside and my mum was bringing out the bags from the car as she just came back from holiday and then she came in side and told me to start tidying up and as i got off the sofa i stepped on a basket which i didnt see and then kind of fell back and thats when heard my back click lol it is not that bad but as i am sitting here i can feel my back hurts.
do you have wierd unexpected accidents like this ? do you have a back pain? i definately do am trying to walk slowly and stuff so it dont get worse lol

Wow hope you get better soon would just lay down for the rest of the day if its possible for you. And I would deffintley not lift anything to heavy or anything heavy at all since that will probally make it worse. And take some tylonel since that usally helps me when I get back pains which I get every now and then.

yeah my sister was telling me to do the hoover and i was like nooo i broke my back lol 
which my mum witnessed so she couldnt say i was lieing but then she just said that whos fault is that! but yeah i think i should get off the computer but i am soo bored lol and for once it is peace and quiet up here no interuptionsl, i do not know what tylonel is though.
