Signing/Logging out

It should be fine, and I do so all the time. If you're paranoid sure you can do that, but you don't have to. Certain websites can access your cookies, which MIGHT (unlikely) let them log in to websites you've logged into before. But the chances of this happening is quite low. After all, you have to visit the scam site first before they can steal your information, plus have the correct cookie that they are looking for, which makes it all the more less likely. If you want to protect yourself, just use a secure browser, don't save any passwords and remember them all yourself and you'll be fine.

I sugest siging out. It is the best thing to do to ensure you information dosn't get hacked.

I don't log out from any sites I've been on when I leave them. What I do and it's quite a good habit to get into, is that I go to tools and delete browsing history. This wipes out all the passwords, history and any cookies. It is a good idea to do this as well as it clears out viruses that might be lurking especially as some sites do deposit a lot of unnecessary info on your computer. You might find as well that the computer will work faster if you do this every time using it.

I rarely log out of my sites. I'm using only 1 laptop and no one else is using this but me. But if I know someone else will use this for a while, I make it a point to log out all my sites first. That way it will be safer.

Sites that i visit everyday all the time i never log out. I allow the cookies to remain saved as its a pain to log in and out each and every time. In no way it would harm your PC or the site in my opinion. i never forget to log out if i really have to. Its just that i don't prefer to as i'm the only one using my PC so there is no one else who would just open the site and do some crappy things. But yes if i have my friends come over to my place then they too use the computer. Thats is when i actually log out from all the sites so that they don't have access to my account on any of them.
