Once i've been through this situation, an animal is really furious when he smells the same kind of activity from the other side, once me and our classmate faced a lion, the lion saw me and my classmate, she started screaming and looking at her screaming the lion got more furious and came towards her. I told her to god dammn shut her mouth and stand still with holded breath like a pillar. so we did and the lion smelled us and went away!
However this isnt the case all the time but the real thing is being paitent and acting wise, rather rush here and there!because these are the situations when our mind stops to think!
