Is GPTCashCow legit?

Is anyone on myLot a member to GPTCashCow? Have you been paid?
I was looking for another paying website to join when I found GPTCashCow. I looked on the website and did searches on the internet, but I was not able to find some information I was looking for. Maybe someone can answer the questions I have.
1. How many referral levels do they give to members, and what are the commissions?
2. What are their payment methods? (Check, PayPal, AlertPay, etc)
3. What is the minimum payout?

I am not currently a member of cash cow. However I am a member of cashcrate. I would suggest this site since many people have been paid by it and i reached minumum payment the day I signed up. You are paid once you reach ten dollars. If you would like to sign up i can send you the link via private message if you like. Sorry I cant answer any of your questions about cashcow.
