Why would people want to talk about other's lives?

well if there is nothing to talk about, people of course would tend to talk about other people's lives, its like getting the information.. i dunno. i just think others think it is fun.

Great question, I often ask this to myself as well. I think its just pure curiosity and insecurity. People talk others life if they have nothing else to do with there own life and with what I have notice when they envy something from others. I would say people should not do this because it is not good. My view is before you talk about other peoples life make sure that your life is 150% perfect. Nobody have even 100% perfect life so we should not.

Cause it's part of sharing. It's also part of learning from them. Part of knowing them. It also gives us more information sometimes about them. Part of social life connections sometimes. Have a nice day!

Maybe we think other peoples lives are more interesting then our own and as humans our needing to know how other people live and what they do with their time gives us a negative or positive reaction .
