Why can't anybody just WRITE anymore?

Did you ever notice, especially when you're looking for online moneymaking opportunities, that you always have to listen to a sound file or watch a video to get information? Why can't people just WRITE it? Everybody seems to have a camera and the ability to make a video, but they can't write? Believe it or not there are still a lot of people who have older computers and dial up connections and probably can't watch the videos anyway. And even though I can watch videos, I'd rather just READ what the opportunity is about, it's easier!
Does anybody else feel this same way?

Yes ma'am, I feel the same way too. Yet, I also do understand that different people have different preferences.

Exactly! This is what I was thinking this morning, when I was going through some details about one of the online business opportunities. My connection was too slow.I waited and waited then I got irritated and finally closed the screen even without completing the video. It is easier for me to read and understand rather than seeing a video.I can always save it as file and check it later too.

Sometimes it's easier to just SHOW the information, in the form of an audio or visual aid. For example, if you were to learn how to play the piano or stitching, you could explain in words, i.e. press the black key on the right side where there are two white keys in sequence, but that'll take too long.
Also, for business videos, it is thought you'll come across as more sincere if you presented it in person. That's why classifieds have pictures of people's faces. So why not take it to the next level and also present your voice, as well as your face, to make it seem like you're talking in person.
