I have read that family health is very influential. There are health behavior that are good and bad that is mostly imitate by kids from parents. In a research it follows gender: If mother exercise, daughter also tend to exercise, if Dad smokes sons would have a tendency to smoke. Health behavior is influenced from a variety of factors: media, culture, education, etc. From the family factor, what do you think are the influences that might have contributed by parents to your health practices/ behavior? Do you have any good and bad health behavior that you think influenced by your parents?
