HI Peach
I have to say that in all honesty I have never been that much involved in a book where I became one of the character and I have read many many books from authors such as Steven King, Dean Koontz,Sidney Sheldon,ect.. I have gotten very deeply into the book and into the setting of the book but never the characters themselves

that is what makes reading so much fun, it has the ability to create an illusion in our mind that we are actually part of the story or we are the protagonists or the antagonists in the story. even the scenes and the place where the story is being told, we imagine it in our minds and makes the visual from the book.

Yes, I am an active reader. I always put myself into the characters' shoes, or I take the character out of the book and explore how I might respond or react to the same situations on my life. I love to read like this since it gets my brain turning and burning, it really is the best feeling in the world.

Me too! I love magic. Especially Harry Potter. I am so into it and I would like and love to be one of the characters. If only Harry Potter is true and Hogwarts is real, I think I will be enrolling myself there. LOL

Sometimes yes, I imagine as one of the characters in the book. It depend how smart the writers make me jump in to it. I mean he/she must be decent writer if I was drag into one of imaginary character. Sometimes I even think that it is really happening to me.
