to answer your question..yes i do. because in school they forbid you to squat, because you step on the bowl and that would be a disrespect for the ext person who would be using the toilet.

at first i dont feel good about it, but when i saw some student assistants who are cleaning the bowl i get it out of my head, because i believe that they make the bowl clean enough for the students. (they brush it well, put soap on it even and brush it again with plus they put antibac on it).

i think it would really depend upon the place where you urinate, if you feel safe about it then go and do it. nobody would question you for that.

I squatt when I'm in the public loo but I don't at my friends or families homes, but I hate going to the public restrooms because in most cases I find them in a disgusting states.

I try not to sit on the bathroom seat, when I use a public bathroom, I don't feel right sitting on public bathroom toilet seats.

I wipe the throne and sit on it.
If it looks not nice then I squat.
I always tell my children not to touch anything when in a public toilet, when younger I used to hold them over the toilet but now they are too old

When I go to the malls, I tried not to drink too much water at home, and have to pee before leaving the house, then off to the mall.

But under certain circumstances, which I needed to use the public restroom. I roll my pants first and do the squatting. I don't want my pants to touch the floor. I think it has lots of germs.

After using the public toilet, I usually wash my hands with soap, but if soap is unavailable, I use hand sanitizer.

When I go to a friends house, I check the toilet bowl if it looks clean, if it looks clean I get a tissue paper and wipe it out, and sit like a queen. If it looks old or not clean, I squat. When I squat I don't step on the bowl. My feet is still on the ground. I just don't sit on it. I just aim, that my pee goes directly to the bowl.

i squat in public toilets when i pee, but if i need to poo, i use a paper seat cover. but i sit at toilets when i am at the house of someone i know, friend or relative. but at the gym, since i go late at night when the cleaning people start clean, i sometimes sit on the toilet right after they cleaned it with chemicals because i am the first one to use it after cleaning.

Hi Chevee! I'm the same as you but i call it hovering instead of squatting!! hehe the majority of public toilets are dirty and i wouldn't want to touch anything in there that i didn't have to so i hover over the seat! I don't do it so much in friends/families homes, as i usually trust that they are clean but certainly when i am out and about it do! It's a very useful thing to be able to do when you go to music festivals and the toilets are filthy, i think i would have caught diptheria over the past few years otherwise! lol happy mylotting! xxx
