Happy Birthday HD!!!
my birthday is on Monday, and although i'm not going riding, i am going to see Judas Priest at The Palms Casino(Las Vegas) where i'm sure Rob Halford will bring out his Harley when he sings "Hell Bent For Leather" 
that's what he's done the last 4 times i've seen them starting back in 1981.

Hehee..I LOVE Harleys! I fell in love with Harleys ever since I saw that movie Easy Rider way back in 1969...had no idea they were celebrating their 105th anniversary though. As for what I'm doing to get my motor running this Labor Day weekend? WORKING...I'm finishing up my written grant work so I can mail it out next week...so while people might be having fun in the sun, BBQs...alas I'll be working...

I think most would admit they all fell in love with Bikes from Easy Rider, but I had friends that were Hells Angels back in Calif.and this was in 1965 so i knew about things...Wonder what happened to them?

Hi Rosekitty, No afraid not as its not Labor Day here this weekend but we did have the South West Bike Show last weekend, my mates got a 1340 for sale but transportation would be too expensive from here. Are you going on a run at all this weekend then? Ellie :D

Oh yes we are going on a charity for vietnam veteran's they did not get any kind of thanh you kiss my a s when they got home.There were so many killed my son and his friend myself and a lot of vets are riding.

Hi Mommamusic...That sounds like a charity I would love to go to and I agree what you said about our Vets, My first husband was treated like crap..sadly it took them so long to realise not to treat the Soldiers now that way..
