Friends, How many of you have seen "2001: A Space Odyssey" directed by "Stanley Kubrick"and relased in 1968? This movie is regarded by many as the greatest movie of all time, atleast thats what many advisors of this movie say. "Stanley Kubrick" is also considered as the greatest director of all time.I saw the movie some time back after being reading some article which talks about the greatness of his movie, at seeing 1st time, i could only understand bits and pieces and fully didn't interpret what director wanted to convey. I watched it recently (2 days) and still couldn't fully understand what director was conveying, i could get the crux of the message but i feel i missed finer and detailed points which director wanted to convey. I did lot of googling on this movie and saw many good articles, sites which gave me detailed/animated analysis. Still I feel the greatness of movie is that it leaves the audience to think, understand and is very thought provoking. Any thoughts on from your end, please do share your valuable opinion. Cheers!

I personally think this is one of the most boring movies I've ever seen! Critics have certain movies they praise as being brilliant, but many average views just find to be a total waste of time. This is one of them.
