Now KYC norms are compusl;ory for all matters. Where as to change our address we are asked to pay from Rs.200 to Rs. 1000 in driving license and passport. Hence the address in these proofs are wrong and bogus. Hence KYC norms are not effective as the address proofs in these evidences are wrong and bogus. I request the concerned authorities to make change address is free of charges and compulsory to the person whenever he is shifting his residence. Also PSU/PSB employees who are transferred once in 3 years are finding it very difficult to get address proofs for themselves and their wards and spouse. Please do something to remove these hardships
