Chok-chok thought I was his mother!

I had this pet cat, named Chok-chok. Though he's gone a decade ago, I still miss him. I got him when he was a kitten and I don't know where his mother could be. He had this unusual habit. Every time he sees me lying or sitting, he eagerly goes to me. He usually sucks my shirt as if it was his mother's teats. Weird or what?! Do you also have some funny or unusual experience with your pets?

Well, this cat I'm talking about wasn't my pet, but I did spend quite some time around him. In Sinagpore , males have to spend more than 2 years of National Service in the army, and there was this extremely friendly cat in the camp that I was serving in. And this being an army camp, we have to serve guard duty and patrol from time to time. Whenever this cat came across a guard on patrol, he would try to follow us and go in front of us, and try to weave betwen our legs. Since we were on the move, walking in front of our legs wasn't exactly a good idea, and we had to try our best not to walk into the cat. Sometimes, one of us wouldn't be able to see him in time and walk into him. You had think that he would learn that walking in front of a patrolling soldier isn't a good idea, but no, up until the end of my national service he was still doing that.

Animals like cats really amaze us. They have different traits and special talents too. Just like the cat which you mentioned, it's really funny. Cats sometimes make some ways in order to catch our attention. They want to be touched and caressed. In that way, they feel our love and care.

Cats are really amazing and really surprises us with their unusual traits. That was so cool...so cute of your pet cat. Having pets like cats is fun because we get to play with them. A world without pets would be very boring and lifeless.
