Do you know how to withdraw money from alertpay or paypal if your from the phils

See lately ive been involved with a lot of PTC sites . Now that im about to attain their cash out amount. I'm just wandering how to go about it. Is it really possible for us Filipino here in the Philippines to withdraw from alertpay or paypal? How ? Do they have fees to collect in processing my request? thanks a lot.

I've been using my Metrobank ATM as well to withdraw funds from my paypal account. spoiledbrat's explanation was excellent. It will actually show within 1 week on your bank account. Paypal charges P50 (flat) if you want to transfer funds towards your bank account and then Metrobank also has fees in accepting papyal funds. That latter I'm not exactly sure since it changes. It's around 2-3% based from my computation.
