For request in paypal. When I registered few mounths ago I read that the payout is by alertpay. I am not a graduated member, just simple member and I would like to know if I made a mistake by requesting money for paypal because both of the options were available for me. did they change the method for simple members and started to pay by paypal or I need to write to them for changing my payout to alertpay.. ?

I have not joined vipbux yet. But with others that I have joined, paypal as well as alertpay are working quite well. Congratulations for reaching the minimum payout. That is a big effort.

I am not with that site so I am not sure as to what you need to do but I prefer using paypal over alertpay. It is cheaper as far as what they charge you to do transactions.
