Do you keep on searching new jobs when you are already hooked on to one? Do you keep your resumes uploaded and search for better jobs with your existing job?? I am already working in a good company but I have also uploaded my resume on different job portals?? Does that mean that I am not loyal to my company?? Can you express your views on the same?? Is this approach right or wrong??

hi there! For me, I won't. I just want to focus on one thing. Of course, if I feel not satisfied with my current job, that's another story. Maybe you still feel something lost now? I don't think your behaviour is wrong coz it is quite normal that people want to look for something better. Till good is better, but better best!
